Harry Pyle, owner and operator of the Restaurant and Confectionary in Bluffs sold his enterprise to S. Halpin who was to continue the business as usual.
Martin Friday announced he would Open a Blacksmith Shop in the building East of the Bluffs Weekly Times Office in October, as soon as the building was completed. In the meanwhile, he was doing his work in the basement of the Bluffs Weekly Times Building.
